Q. Are there any spaces still available?
A. Yes. Spaces are available as long as this FAQ is posted.

Q. When can I stop by to check out the available spaces?
A.  Weekends and after 5:00pm are most convenient. You may want to drive by and check the spaces out on your own. Arrangements are commonly finalized over phone and email and don't require a face-to-face meeting.

Q. How do I get to the lot?
A.  From Halsted St, turn West into Alley between CB2 & the EL. Continue down alley for 50 feet to a "T" intersection. Turn Right at the "T" for 20 feet. Stop and Look to your left at the swinging chain link gate. This is the parking lot

Q. Why do you ask when I'll need my car?
A.  Your car will always be available to you. It is helpful to know the flow of auto and pedestrian traffic in the lot to be considerate to the neighbors and to determine which parking space to assign. Certain spaces are more accessible than others.

Q. Can I park my box truck?
A.  No. The lot is on a residential street with an apartment building next door. It would be an eyesore to park any commercial vehicles. Only passenger vehicles will be permitted.

Q. What about my car alarm?
A.  The parking lot is below the CTA Brown Line elevated train tracks and in a residential neighborhood. If there is any chance the the vibrations from the trains will set off the alarm it has to be disabled. Sounding alarms, causing a nuisance to the surrounding residences will be asked to disable the alarm, remove the vehicle from the premises or be towed.

Q. What do you need from me to secure my space?
A.  Your first months rent will secure your space for you. Along with your payment please leave all the following contact information:
--- Your cell, work and home phone numbers and your email address.
--- The telephone number of a friend or relative with access to a set of your car keys in the event of an emergency.
--- The make, model, color, license plate number and state of the vehicle
